Jordi Ventura
Mining Attorney
Jordi Ventura is a seasoned mining attorney with decades of experience across the Americas. A native Spanish and English speaker, he brings extensive expertise in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and strategic alliance transactions. He specializes in negotiating and drafting a broad spectrum of agreements in both languages, including purchase and sale agreements, earn-in and farm-out arrangements, commercial mining contracts, property option agreements, off-take agreements, and joint operating agreements.
Recognized for his deep expertise in international mining due diligence, Jordi has a particular focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. He has led numerous legal and ESG due diligence initiatives, as well as audits of mining operations throughout the Americas.
Jordi is a graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and am licensed to practice law in Utah and Colorado.
