Luis-Felipe is a recognized leader, advisor and expert on Indigenous Peoples’ Rights and Sustainable Development and carries out advisory and consulting work for Indigenous organizations, multilaterals, bilateral agencies, governments and private sector clients in areas such as IP partnerships with the private sector, public policies for Indigenous Peoples, implementation of engagement, consultation and FPIC processes, impact assessments of Indigenous policies and programs, capacity development, climate and environmental conservation planning and assessments and strengthening of IP governance. He specializes in promoting and technically supporting the creation of Indigenous businesses to strengthen their economies in a sustainable way.
